Grievance of the petitioner is that he has moved an application before the respondents on 19.8.2019 for change of time in Permanent Stage Carriage Permit No. CG/STA/80/2012 on the route from Korba to Chhapra via Katghora, Chotiya, Ambikapur, Rajpur, Balrampur, Ramanujganj, Gadhwa, Gadhwaroad Station, Padwamod, Chhatarpur, Hariharganj, Aurangabad, Pali, Vikramganj, Bihta, Patna, Hajipur, Chhapra, which is pending consideration and therefore a direction may be issued to the respondents to decide the same expeditiously. 2.

The State Counsel has no objection if such a direction is issued to the respondents.

In view of the fact that the petitioner's application is pending consideration, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide his application for the concerned route within a period of 30 days from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order by the petitioner before them. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall decide the matter, on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law, without treating any observation made in this order as opinion on the merits of the case. 5.
