Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 09/10/2015 Counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the present writ petition, the claim of the petitioner so far as regularization is concerned, has already been redressed and the only grievance which now remains is that the State Authority ought to have considered his regularization from an early date. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present writ petition at this juncture any further and prays for liberty to pursue his remedy with the State Government for an appropriate relief.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed with the liberty as prayed for by the counsel for the petitioner. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE Bhola
