Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner purchased certain land under the auction made by the bank under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act. After the purchase was made the land bearing number 12E of one acre which is situated at Heavy Industrial Area, Hathkhoj, Bhilai lease is not being executed by the District Trade and Industries Centre Durg without any valid reason. It is stated every time when the petitioner followed up such cause because of the fact that respondent No.2, Managing Director quietly sits over the same the decision could not be arrived at, which is deliberate for obvious reasons. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that therefore the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent No.2 by Annexure

P-8 which may be directed to be decided within a stipulated period of time. 3.

Considering the limited prayer made, prima facie it appears that the petitioner has purchased certain property in auction under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act. Under the circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner may file a fresh representation to the respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks. If such representation is filed, the same shall be decided in accordance with the rules within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation.
