The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the nongranting of the two additional increments to the petitioner on completing the B.T.I. course at her own expenses. 2.

According to the petitioner, she has been making repeated representations to the respondent authorities for grant of the said two increments in terms of the Rules and the circulars governing the field, but till date the same has gone unattended. 3.

Given the said facts, let the respondent No.2 take an appropriate decision so far as the entitlement of the petitioner for the two increments on successfully completing the B.T.I. course at her own expenses. Let an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest

preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
