Agrawal Order On Board 31/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has secured more marks than his juniors i.e. respondent No.5, yet his name has not been selected for the post of Gram Rojgar Sahayak in Janpad Panchayat Bhaiyathan, District Surajpur, against which the petitioner has made representation to the respondent No.3, which has not been considered and decided till this date.

(2) Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
