1. Perused the jail report dated 29.06.2020 received from Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Bilaspur (C.G.) wherein, it has been reported that Appellant has been released from jail on 20.04.2020 after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the concerned Trial Court.

2. Counsel for the Appellant submits that he wants to withdraw the instant appeal.

3. Prayer is allowed.
