Heard Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail the appropriate alternative remedy available to them under Section 44 of the Land Revenue Code.

Prayer is allowed and she is permitted to withdraw this writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
