1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.723/2019, registered at Police Station Tikrapara, Raipur, for offences punishable under Sections 376 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. The applicant has committed sexual intercourse with the prosecutrix on promise to marry her.

3. Considering the nature of allegations, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Accordingly, the bail application [MCRC A No.146 of 2020] is dismissed.
