In view of the fact that the registered office of the respondent company sought to be wound up is located at Guwahati in the State of Assam, the present petition is not maintainable before this Court, therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner would pray for grant of permission to withdraw the company petition with liberty to move before the High Court having jurisdiction over the matter.

2. Prayer allowed.

3. Accordingly, the company petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
