Agrawal Order On Board 29/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's land has been acquired by the respondents No.3 & 4, but in lieu of that, no compensation has been paid by the respondent authorities for which the petitioner has already made representation before respondent authorities, which has not been considered and decided till this date, against which this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed.

(2) Be that as it may, respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner for grant of compensation in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
