(2) The prayer made in para 10.1 of the writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to constitute DPC for promotion of the petitioner to the post of Joint Director and consider his name by the said DPC.

(3) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the DPC was constituted on 16.09.2013, wherein, the petitioner's name was

considered, but for want of ACRs, it was kept in a sealed cover and the process for finalising the recommendation is presently held by circulation.

(4) In view of the above, the major part of the relief claimed by the petitioner has been redressed by the respondents, however, decision on the recommendation has not been taken. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to complete the proceedings and take decision in respect of petitioner's promotion to the post of Joint Director, Health and Family Welfare, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of this order.
