1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the case of alleged suicide of his wife the matter is handed over to the C.I.D. (Crime Investigation Department) and is being investigated yet as his wife has died on 10.09.2020.

2. Be that as it may petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the Inspector General of Police of that department for expediting the investigation and who look into the proceeding in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid direction/observation the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
