1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are entitled for retiral benefits, whereas respondent

No.4 has disbursed the retiral dues to respondents No.6 to 8 without hearing the petitioners.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No.4 is directed to consider the representation/case of the petitioners and take a final decision with regard to the claim of the petitioners within six months from the date of filing of the representation after hearing all affected parties. The petitioners are free to proceed further if any adverse order is passed. They are also free to support their representation by relevant case law.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
