Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to file a fresh bail application for grant of bail. It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. As prayed, the certified copy of the documents attached with the bail application be returned to the counsel after retaining the photocopy of the same.
