Shri Nanki Ram Kanwar Member of Legislative Assembly Rampur Constituency ,District Korba Chhattisgarh. --- Respondent No 30.01.2019 IN CHAMBER It is pointed out by Reader of the Court that the matter was heard on 28.01.2019 and the dictation was given on the said date i.e., 28.01.2019, however, the date of hearing of the case as also date of the order was wrongly mentioned as 25.01.2019 though the case was actually heard and dictation was given on 28.01.2019 on Board. It appears that due to typographical mistake, the date has wrongly been mentioned as 25.01.2019 instead of 28.01.2019. Therefore, the date of hearing and the date of order be read as 28.01.2019.
