1. The appellant has filed this appeal against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 22.09.2016 rendered by First Additional Sessions Judge, Balodabazar, C.G. in S.T. No.43/2015 whereby and whereunder the appellant has been convicted under Section 302 of the I.P.C. and sentenced him to undergo life imprisonment.

2. The Superintendent of Central Jail, Raipur has sent information on 07.07.2020 that the sole appellant - Shyam Lal Chandra, son of Late Bodhram Chandra has died on 02.09.2018.

3. There is no application for prosecuting the appeal on behalf of legal heirs/ dependants.
