1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the show cause notice that was issued on 08.06.2017. There was no interim order in the instant case. The matter has come up for an admission in the year 2019 by efflux of time, show cause notice proceedings must have been concluded, as such the writ petition must have rendered infructuous.

2. Reserving the right of the petitioner to assail the subsequent development, if he is aggrieved of, the petition at this stage stands disposed of.
