This appeal has been preferred by the Appellant being aggrieved by the order of the learned Single Judge with regard to the relief given. The learned counsel submits that, the issue projected herein is having some relevance and connection with the issue pending consideration by way of

Writ Petition (S) No.2458 of 2020. In the said circumstance, she seeks for permission to withdraw the matter without prejudice to the rights and liberties to pursue the matter later, in accordance with law, subject to the outcome of the above writ petition.
