1. Father of petitioner No.1 and husband of petitioner No.2 died in harness while working with respondent No.1, on 6-9-1990 against which petitioner No.2 had preferred application for compassionate appointment for her son - petitioner No.1, on 28-10-2014 which has not been considered and decided against which this petition has been filed.
2. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and considered their submissions made herein-above and also went through the record with utmost circumspection.
3. Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to file fresh application for compassionate appointment within three weeks from today which will be considered and decided by the respondents in accordance with law / the applicable policy, rules and regulations within 60 days from the date of receipt of the application.
