1. Heard.

2. A criminal trial is going on against the Applicant in the Court of JMFC, First Class, Ambikapur (C.G). As per contention of the counsel for the Applicant, the Applicant is resident of Raigarh (C.G.). He moved his transfer petition only on the ground that the Applicant is handicapped and he is the resident of Raigarh, (C.G.). It has been further submitted by counsel for the Applicant that trial is pending since 2017 and still charge have not been framed.

3. Considering the above, I do not find any ground to transfer this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. However, Trial Court is directed to expedite the matter.
