Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board /02/2021 1.

The present MCC has been filed seeking for extension of time for compliance of Order dated 1.10.2020 passed by this Court in WPC No. 1878/2020.

The Order dated 1.10.2020 was for settling of outstanding dues payable to Non-applicant No.1. Applicants herein have expressed certain administrative inconvenience which has caused the delay in processing the claim of Nonapplicant No.1, particularly in the light of the prevailing pandemic situation. 3.

Learned Counsel for Applicants, however, submits that given the extension of time the Order shall be complied with in its letter and spirit. 4.

Given the said submission by learned Counsel for Applicants and considering the totality of the circumstances prevailing, the present MCC is allowed with a direction that the Applicants shall ensure that the Order dated 1.10.2020 passed by this Court in WPC No. 1878/2020 is compiled with in its letter and spirit within a period of 60 days starting from today. 5.

MCC stands allowed accordingly.
