Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 06/04/2018

1. The order passed by this Court has been complied with, yet the petitioner is aggrieved because the respondent has not decided the petitioner's application for renewal of permit in accordance with law. According to the petitioner, if the law would have been correctly applied the petitioner was entitled for renewal of permit, which has been denied to him, therefore, the respondent has committed contempt of the order passed by this Court.

2. If the order to decide the petitioner's application for renewal of permit in accordance with law, has been complied with but the petitioner feels that the same has been done contrary to law, the remedy open for him is to move a fresh writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of. Sd/- Judge Prashant Kumar Mishra Gowri
