The present petition is only for consideration of the application moved by the petitioner for grant of stage carriage permit to ply its bus bearing registration No.CG-19-F-0195 on the route from Rajnandgaon to Jagargunda via Durg, Raipur, Dhamtari, Charama, Kanker, Keshkaal, Kondagaon, Jagdalpur, Sukma and return.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the application though was filed long back on 6-6-2018 the same remains undecided and as such the respondent authority may be directed to consider and decide the same.

Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authority to consider and decide the application of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.
