Heard on application for restoration of WPS No. 1422/2017 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 15.01.2020.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 15.01.2020 passed in WPS No. 1422/2017 is recalled. Consequently, WPS No. 1422/2017 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
