Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has completed the work within stipulated time, but the respondent authorities have not made payment in this regard even after lapse of more than four years, therefore, he may be permitted to make representation for redressal of his grievance.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to make representation

before the competent authority for redressal of his grievance. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the competent authority then, in turn, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with representation of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
