Applicant was granted temporary bail in M.Cr.C. No.7708/2018 vide order dated 16.11.2018 for two months for treatment of her child. 2.
It is submitted that child of this applicant is still further needs treatment and certificate has been enclosed along with the application, therefore, prayer is made for extension of time of two months.
3.
State counsel opposes the application submitting that child of the applicant is suffering from simple melady and there is no reason to extend the temporary bail, hence, the application be rejected. 4.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary and the documents placed on record.
5.
After considering the certificate given by the doctor that child is under treatment since November, 2018 and suffering from urticaria and cold, which is common cold and there is no advise for any hospitalization or treatment in higher center, therefore, I do not incline to allow this petition.
