The instant petition has been preferred for substitution of the words "Investigating Officer" by the words "seizure witnesses" in first paragraph of the order dated 19/11/2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No.7288/2018 on the ground that there was an inadvertence in the submission made by Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant on 19/11/2018.

On due consideration, the instant Cr.M.P. is allowed. In place of the words "Investigating Officer", the words "seizure witnesses" be read in first paragraph of the order dated 19/11/2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No.7288/2018.
