Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application has been filed by the petitioner for grant of regular stage carriage permit on the route Kawardha to Raipur which was submitted on 15.09.2018, however, the same has not been decided by the respondent, therefore, the limited prayer is made that the application which has been preferred to the respondent No.1 may be decided within a specified period of time.

3. Considering the limited prayer made, without any observation on the merits of the case, it is directed that respondent No.1 shall decide the application of the petitioner within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order.
