By way of this petition, the Petitioner is questioning the order dated 24.11.2016 passed by the concerned trial Court, Raipur in Civil Suit No. 9-A/2012.

At the outset, during the pendency of this petition, the suit itself was decided and the judgment and decree dated 21.12.2016 was passed by the said Court.

In view of the said fact, the petition has become infructuous and no order is required to be made as far as the propriety of the order impugned is concerned.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. No order as to costs.
