After arguing for sometime, counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and prays for liberty to file duly constituted application before the Chief Commercial Manager, S.E.C.R. Head Quarter at Bilaspur in compliance of arbitration clause for appointment of arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
