The petitioner has filed this writ petition with limited grievance regarding inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in not deciding petitioner's application for grant of inter-state regular stage carriage permit on the route Kawardha to Balaghat via Chilfi, Rengakhar, Mandai, Baihar, Ukwa and one return trip daily. It is stated that the application was submitted on 05.12.2018, but it has not been considered and decided till date. 2.

On the other hand, learned State counsel would submit that if any such application is pending before the Authority, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, as early as possible.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the petitioner's application for grant of inter-state regular stage carriage permit for the aforesaid route, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
