Today when the matter is taken up on the admission, the learned Counsel for the petitioner produces an order dated 27.01.2021 passed by the Principal Chief Conservator, Raipur, whereby the said Officer has cancelled the impugned order in the present writ petition dated 13.01.2021.

In view of the same, the impugned order as it stands cancelled by the higher authority in the department the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The Respondent No.3 is, therefore, expected not to take any coercive step in getting the order complied with.
