The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that he and non-applicant, both have filed an application under Section 257 of the Cr.P.C for compounding the case on 17.11.2016 before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Korba. That application is still pending and direction be issued for its expeditious disposal. 2.

Be that as it may, the Judicial Magistrate of Korba is directed to consider and decide the said application as early as possible preferably within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The copy of the order be sent to the said Court for immediate compliance. 3.
