Order passed on 20/02/2019 A prayer for review of the order dated 08/03/2017 has been sought on the ground that in the preceding years 1994-95, the workers had worked for more than 240 days in 12 calender months.

From the perusal of the order, it is found that no such submission was made before this Court nor any specific ground taken. The review petition is not on the ground that such submission was made but not taken into consideration. Therefore, this review petition appears to be an appeal in disguise and is accordingly dismissed.
