Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 30.01.2018 Heard.
1.
Though number of grounds have been urged to assail the legality and validity of transfer order dated 12.08.2017, I am not inclined to entertain this petition only on the ground that the petitioner has approached this Court after five months of the order of transfer. It being a transfer order and representation of the petitioner still pending consideration, it would be proper to dispose off the petition with the direction to respondent authority to decide petitioner's representation, if not already decided within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2.
The petition is accordingly disposed off.
