The counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the instant case was pertaining to the allocation of the petitioner to the State of Chhattisgarh. He submits that, the Government of Chhattisgarh's order dated 31/01/2018 show the petitioner to be finally allocated to the State of Chhattisgarh and as such the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and thus he does not want to press the Writ Petition any further.
