Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to make representation highlighting his grievances to respondent No.1 and the concerned respondent may be directed to consider and decide

his representation expeditiously.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation to respondent No.1 highlighting his grievances for grant of charge of Hostel Superintendent (Grade-D) and salary, which shall be considered and decided by respondent No.1 within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with representation.
