1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation against the order of transfer Annexure P-1, to the Zila Panchayat and the same may be directed to be decided.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a representation before respondent No.4 for redressal of her grievance and the same shall be considered and decided by respondent No.4, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the day of receipt of representation, if the cause of action survives.
