2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would draw attention of the Court to the document/letter -Annexure P/2 issued by the

Director of Women and Child Development, Government of Chhattisgarh dated 5.7.2018 holding the petitioner entitled for grant of financial assistance under the Swadhar Vittiya Sahayata Swadhar Grih Scheme, however, the final decision to sanction the financial assistance and disbursement has not been taken by the concerned respondents.

3. Considering the limited issue brought before this Court, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that the concerned respondents shall take decision regarding sanction of financial assistance in favour of the petitioner within a period of 6 weeks from today and thereafter, the concerned respondents shall disburse the amount within next 6 weeks.

4. If for any lawful reason, the petitioner is not found entitled to the financial assistance, the concerned respondents shall pass a reasoned order and inform the petitioner within a reasonable time.
