1. Being aggrieved against the revisional order dated 14.01.2021 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge by which further opportunity

has been granted to the other side for leading evidence, the present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner.

2. After hearing leaned counsel for the parties at length, I am of the considered view since the matter is pending before learned Sub Divisional Magistrate for last six years, as such, the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Raigarh, is directed to conclude the proceeding under Section 145 of the Cr.P.C.

on or before 10 th of March, 2021 without giving further opportunity to the parties and compliance of the order shall be reported to the Registry of this Court by the concerned Sub Divisional Magistrate.

3. With the aforesaid direction/observation the present CRMP stands disposed of.

4. Copy of the order be sent to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Raigarh.
