The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 17.10.2020 in connection with Crime No. 223/2020 registered in Police Station- Lailunga, District Raigarh (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 4, 6 & 10 of C.G. Agricultural Cattle Preservation Act 2004.

2. None appeared on behalf of the applicant even in the second round.
