The Grievance of the petitioner raised through the present Writ Petition is the non-issuance of the order of appointment on the post of Anganbadi Worker in favour of the petitioner.

The contention of the petitioner is that vide advertisement dated 05.09.2017 the respondents had called for recruitment of various posts under the office of the respondent No.5. The petitioner had applied for the post of Anganbadi Worker and on due consideration according to the petitioner she found selected, however, no order of appointment till date has been issued. The petitioner in the past has already made a representation to the authorities concerned and the respondent No.5 vide its letter dated 21.12.2018 (Annexure P/5) has ordered the Project Officer to look into the greievance of the petitioner and to pass an order within a period of three days in accordanc with law. According to the petitioner, yet

there is no order of appointment issued to the petitioner till date which has led to filing of the present writ petition.

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court does not intend to keep this petition pending any further, rather ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.4&5 to ensure that the grievance of the petitioner is considered and appropriate order is passed at the earliest. 4.

In case, if the petitioner is found meritorious in the selection process, the petitioner should not be denied her rightful claim which she is otherwise entitled for. The respondents No.4&5 should ensure due compliance of the order passed by this court at the earliest within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
