1. The limited grievance which the petitioner in the present writ petition has raised is that her representation for back wages for the period between the date of termination till the date of reinstatement as per the order of the High Court, has till date not been decided by the authority though she has been approaching them by repeated representations.

2. Given the nature of dispute, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner for back wages if she is otherwise entitled for the same under the service rule governing the

-2field. Let respondent no.2 take a decision in this regard within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
