This MCC has been filed for restoration of WPS No.3960 of 2015 which has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 20.01.2020. After going through the application which is supported by the affidavit of learned counsel, I am satisfied that sufficient reasons have been assigned for non-appearance on 20.01.2020. Accordingly, the MCC is allowed.

Accordingly, WPS No.3960/2015 is restored to its original number.
