1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application for demarcation of the land before respondent No.2 on 14.07.2020 but the same is not been decided till date, therefore, the only prayer is made that the petitioner is aged about 68 years, the direction may be given to respondent No.2 to carryout the demarcation within specified period.

3. Perusal of the documents show that already the application for demarcation has

been preferred, therefore, in view of this and considering the age of the petitioner that he is 68 years old, the respondent No.2 is directed to carryout the demarcation within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of this order.
