Heard on application for restoration of FA No. 81 of 2005 which was dismissed on 18.01.2019 for want of prosecution. 2.

On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of FA No. 81 of 2005.

Accordingly, MCC No. 92 of 2019 is allowed. FA No. 81 of 2005 is restored to its original number and list it on 15th February, 2019 for final hearing.

A copy of this order be placed in the original file of FA No. 81 of 2005.
