The present petition is against the order dated 14.11.2017 wherein certain document which was produced under Order 7 Rule 14 (3) of C.P.C. was disallowed by the Court below on the ground that it is not relevant.

The order sheets of the Court below would show that the case was fixed on 11.12.2017 for defence evidence and it was directed that the case will go on day to day. Having asked the counsel that what is the stage of the case before the Court below, it is said that the case is fixed for orders.

In view of this, the petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the petitioner is not satisfied with the final order, he shall be entitled to take all the grounds during the course of appeal including the ground of challenge made in this petition. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge Ashok
