The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 04.01.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Rajnandgaon to Kota (CG).

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, the action on part of the respondents clearly falls within the ambit of frequent transfer. He further submits that after promotion the petitioner had been posted at Rajnandgaon vide order dated 23.08.2018 on the basis of which the petitioner joined his duties and barely within a short span of 4 months time, the present impugned order has now been passed. 3.
In the given facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the concerned respondent within a period of 15 days from today and in turn the respondent is directed to decide the same within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner. 4.
