1. This revision is preferred against framing of charge by the learned Trial Court. Vide memo dated 14.12.2018, it is reported that ST No. 57/2016 of the concerned Sessions Court has already been decided on 26.09.2017. Since the trial has already been decided, therefore, the revision has now become infructuous.
