1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has removed the default in the Court itself.

2. Petitioner is Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Sakarra, Janpad Panchayat Maalkharauda, District Janjgir Champa. She is seeking action against respondent No.6, who has allegedly embezzled the Panchayat fund.

3. Petitioner is not claiming any relief individual to her. The writ petition is, therefore, not maintainable in its present form. It is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to maintain a duly constituted WP(PIL) in accordance with the Rules of the Court.
